The order form and the "email me this breakdown" box on the calculator collect the details you type: your email, and (on the order form) your name, organization, the sector and regions you want researched, any inputs you volunteer, and free-text notes. The calculator itself runs entirely in your browser — moving the sliders sends nothing until you choose to email yourself the result.
Solely to reply to you: to send your instant-estimate breakdown and the 1-page checklist, to scope and deliver a commissioned report, and to answer support. We do not run a marketing sequence — a reply to us is a reply from a human, not a funnel.
Form submissions are relayed to our inbox via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Anonymous, aggregate traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites. When card payments go live they will be handled by a Merchant-of-Record checkout provider (the seller of record for VAT/tax); card data will never touch our servers. We do not sell personal data.
We keep order correspondence only as long as needed to deliver and support your report. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
